We were extremely excited to have been named as a finalist in the Australian Small business Award 2022.
The Australian Small Business Champion Awards is a prestigious and comprehensive awards program that supports and recognises small businesses across Australia.
Offering a unique opportunity to highlight Australia’s most outstanding small businesses, the awards seek to recognise the hard work that business owners contribute to the local community in generating employment for millions of Australians, as well as their contribution to the Australian economy. Flexi-Tribe was fortunate enough to been named as a finalist and nominated for an award.
The awards are the pinnacle of business success and recognise the values associated with successful businesses in Australia.
On the awards night we enjoyed the illustrious occasion which was hosted by Channel 9 and the Commonwealth Bank. We met some amazing people and left the event with new friends and business relationships.
Preparation for the event.
We spent the afternoon preparing for the event and we were super excited about the possibility of being able to take home the big award. We were fortunate enough to wear some exceptional outfits which made us feel like celebrities in preparation for our red-carpet arrival.

We entered Star Casino after walking along the red-carpet with photographers plying their trade from every angle. Once seated, drinks were served and the prestigious night began!
Meeting other contestants
Another great group of finalists joined us at our table. They had previously won the award and shared this amazing experience with Flexi-Tribe whilst we eagerly counted down the moments until our category was named.
After Master of Ceremonies, Peter Overton had announced the winners from the other categories whilst being entertained by a variety of performances it was finally our turn. Other guests at our table had arranged a bottle of champagne and were adamant that we would take home the trophy as we waited in anticipation.

After naming the finalists in our category and then watching Flexi-Tribe being broadcasted on the big screens, we were super excited as we waited for the winner to be named.
It wasn’t our year to take out the champions award however the experience will stay with us forever. This has further inspired us to strive for excellence and care for our clients and the great staff here at Flexi-Tribe.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our team for their amazing work. We would not have achieved this without you and this nomination was for all of us. We look forward to being named as finalists next year and hopefully winning our category with more of our team members in attendance.
